does it stack? yes or no
ive been scouring the internet quite a bit but can't seem to find it.
how does the scaling work additive? or as a multiplier much like % pen works?

Speaking of Bond of Stone, what do you think of it? I think it's currently a bit weak, as it doesn't actually direct all that much damage towards you overall. Four percent really isn't that much.
