List of champions that reached 68% and above EDIT: added new victims Elise Khazix Kassadin Jax Warwick AzirKayle Leblanc MasterYi Zed And this time, I won't be shedding a single tear when she gets "Olaf'd", I've seen this champion too many times to feel any remorse. My only wish is that she get's "Kha'Zixed" instead, where they nerf her bit by bit, and then drop the axe on her at last

Impossible to kill with a crazy poke advantage.

Dang, everyone there got beaten to sh*t except for Zed

Also, how on earth did Yi get that much bans??? Everyone calls him a noob champion/weak etc

MrBuffington2 votes

I'm guessing AP Yi, back before he was reworked.

He's actually still strong (AD/AS Yi, I mean), even now, you just have to know how to play him (as I think should be the case for every champion: they're good only if you know what you're doing)

He was also banned in low elos a lot after his rework, until they nerfed him.

he was pretty broken when Feral Flare was super OP

IcyPepper1 votes

He's a noob champ if all you do is afk farm with him.

A surprising number of players do this.

Eedat1 votes

What? As opposed to his awesome early ganks.....

IcyPepper1 votes

Which less-experienced players don't, unfortunately. :/

I'm not saying he is a noob champion, I just noticed a tendency for people to afk farm for twenty minutes then try to split push. He's situationally a noob champion. To be fair, most (if not all) champions can be, but Master Yi is one of the first junglers people get so they don't really learn how to do pre-6 ganks, then keep that habit past level 30.

I won't deny he's strong. He just needs to be used at his full potential.

you dont even know what can you do with yi

i saw only one wideo, and im preety scared of meeting such a yi

and believe me its impossible to do that stuff for someone bellow master tier

IcyPepper1 votes

I hear you. People are focusing on me saying that a lot of players afk farm, but kind ignored that I did say he's not being used to his full potential when they do that.

He's easy to pick up, but hard to master. My only gripe is that new players to him have a tendency to farm up and act like a split-pushing carry :/ And to be honest, it's annoying on both sides. When I have a Master Yi, he tries to collect kills and farm without considering his team and objectives (tho not always the case). When I'm jungling against a Master Yi, he'll never gank lanes while I'm feasting on them (as Vi), he'll constantly steal my buffs and camps (which only makes me gank more. I'm a jungler who hates wasting time, so I got that), and then use /all chat to laugh because he warded my jungle... and never does anything but steal camps instead of, ya know, ganking lanes.

Thing is, I want to face more skilled Master Yi's. I think I'll have to climb and raise my mmr before that happens, tho. :/

He's kind of like Lee Sin in that regard, now that I think about it...

When Feral Flare was overpowered, Yi had 56% win rate and low elo exploded.

Kha'Zix is actually still really good if you know how to play him; I wouldn't mind her being "Kha'Zix'd" in that case (she's my favorite champion, just annoyed with how FOTM she is right now)

SpongebobIsLife1 votes

he doesn't fit the meta is the problem. There are many better options for junglers atm.

MrBuffington1 votes

If you're talking about pro play, then sure, he doesn't get picked as often, but he's definitely still strong in solo q (again if you know what you're doing)

SpongebobIsLife1 votes

not really. if you fall behind as him you are screwed.

MrBuffington1 votes

That applies to a lot of champions. Heck most carries are like that, if you're ahead you snowball, if you're even you'll do fine so long as you know what you're doing, and if you're behind you're in a tight spot. That's no reason to say a champion is bad, maybe not god tier, but definitely not bad.

SpongebobIsLife1 votes

not true. Most carries can come back because their late game is strong, or they can easily farm lanes to get back into games, or in the case of adcs, they have range to keep them safe. But what is an assassin jungler going to do when he gets behind? He is going to be counterjungled. So what is he going to do, farm everyone else's lane? You cant fight for objectives, you cant outsmite the enemy jungler. That's why Kha jungle is really bad now. The new jungle is unforgiving for those who fall behind, but bruiser or tank junglers at least have a use if they fall behind, but kha zix doesn't. Not to mention how hard it is to get someone isolated to a decent amount of damage to them. He just isn't that reliable. I'd rather have skarner, voli, Evelynn, or Diana as my jungler. Well really ill take anyone over kha that isn't elise.

MrBuffington1 votes

Well really ill take anyone over kha that isn't elise.

I'd agree with that, but it's nothing really to do with Kha; I've seen like one good Kha'Zix jungle in my personal games, and that was when he was super OP. I don't think there are many jungle Kha'Zixs at my elo that actually know how to play him; that's why I don't like seeing him in my game. I would say the same thing about Lee Sin or LeBlanc or Zed; I don't trust my teammates to know how to play them.

You cant fight for objectives, you cant outsmite the enemy jungler.

Again, that applies to most junglers in the game. I get the general gist of what you're saying, where most of what Kha'Zix brings to the game is damage/assassination ability where bruisers and tanks bring more CC, and if he gets behind, he's pretty lackluster, but that would be the case for any healthy assassin. Assassins are meant to be high risk, high reward. If you want to play a safe pick, you should be playing a different champion.

The reason I say he's fine is if he's even, he'll do fine in the game, and if he's ahead, he just snowballs super hard. I've seen this happen numerous times in Challenger games vs some of the best players in the region, with a player that actually knows how to play and how to build him. Side-note; Kha'Zix doesn't even have to build full damage for him to be able to one-shot people; same is true for Rengar; if they combo their abilities properly they can delete a squishy with like 2-3 damage items (including their jungle item).

SpongebobIsLife1 votes

well, the problem with that logic is that yes he can one shot a squishy even if he doesn't build full damage, BUT that's only if he has evolved q and the target is isolated, which is pretty hard to do in higher elos.

MrBuffington1 votes

Nightblue3 does it all the time...he's got a ~60% win rate on Kha'Zix this season alone, in mid-high Challenger no less. He evolves Q > E > W most games.

And Jax wasn't even OP...

Can't I vote for both of these options?

Knowing Riot, they will slap her wrists and then give her compensation buffs.

Again.

Why the fuck cant they gut that bullshit champion and be done with it? Literally nobody but her playerbase would complain.
