Unofficial PBE Patch Notes for 11/12/2015

So, I myself am just trying to figure out why they're changing the Q again. They stated blind was a mechanic that didn't feel unique to Quinn(or something like that), yet they turn it into a longer skillshot version of Graves' Smokescreen.

I haven't played her in the new patch yet, but is she really that bad(or strong, depending how you look at it) that they had to also remove the %missing HP, and add something I feel is a gimmicky mechanic in the first place.

Just trying to get other opinions on this, its a pretty large change.

And yes, PBE is tentative, I am aware. But this seems like its going to stick.

That's because players were whining that they wanted her blind back. Now Quinn has her blind back but at the expense of damage I think. I feel that she will lose a lot of lane power now because of this change. Players need to stop whining about things in the past and embrace the future. Out of all the recent marksmen I think Quinn is probably the best. They changed it because of the nerds that cried about her Q losing the blind when it was replaced with a finisher that did a lot of damage.

her having an execute on such a low cooldown was a bad idea to start with

I'm happy with this change. Good utility is a welcome addition

they already announced this would happen even before the start of the preseason. Basically, during the time the current version of quinn and her Q were on PBE a lot of people (quinn players, i guess) complained a lot about losing the utility of her blind and didn't really care about getting an execute in his place, because they felt the blind gave them the chance to outplay the opponent and be a bit more strategic, instead of simply having more power. So, a few days ago it was announced that in 5.23 they would have changed her Q, removing the execute and giving it a sight-reduction effect. Personally, i like the change, it kind of makes the champion a bit more interesting. The damage won't be as big as the current Q with low HP, but it seems it will still be pretty decent, too.
