oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesok why would they nerf him with a midseason update coming with reworking of items and armor... adc items including nerf of last whisper from 45% armor pen down to 35% and making the armor pen on Black Cleaver go from 5% per hit to 4% per hit lowering the over all armor pen of the item. they already nerfed the ad on it. and they changed the build path to not make it attractive to marksmen
