About Renekton: His is A Diver/Juggernaut Hybrid.

Hi all. I wanted to talk about Renekton's class and why I believe he is a Diver Juggernaut hybrid. Bear in mind this isn't an oddball idea out of nowhere and I have thought about this for some time.

As a Jugg main. I know they are slow but bulky as FUCK! anyone that tries to fight them at the wrong time are done. No if's or but's. But with Renekton he got the feel of a jugg, except for one thing. Slice and Dice. Even Shyvana can only cross terrain with her ult and that doesn't make a her a true diver. So I wanted to explain just why renekton is a juggernaut/diver hybrid. I am gonna put a (J) and (D) behind each point to show they are traits a juggernaut and diver has respectively and (J)(D) that combine both traits.

• (J)(D) He got the choice build tanky or damage if he likes: Renekton can build to tanky as long as he at least have some AD items. going from damage to armor over the course of a game he is building damage.

• (J) He's got sustain: Sustain is the name of the damage for juggs and Renekton got some. However it's not a static amount and scales with his damage.

• (D)He got Mobility: No juggernauts have mobility, maybe some speed boosts, but NO mobility(Shvy has her's bounded to her ult). Renekton can dash and deal damage to poke and harass his targets.

• • (J)(D) But his diving is not that strong and is on a high CD: Renekton doesn't dash as fast, as far or CC's anyone hit. Making less effective compared to VI, Irelia or Xin Zhao.

• (J)(D) He dives to go full juggernaut on the enemy team, not displace or lock on to a single target. Many Divers ult's either tag a target or displaces the enemy team. But Not Renekton. He likes to dive into a fight and then ult, becoming insanely more difficult to kill and deals constants AoE damage to all around him.

• (D) he scales of Bonus AD and has mediocre base AD: Many Diver scale off bonus AD and renekton is no exception.

So anyways. I hope that this clears up any misconception that surrounds the classification that Renekton has.

Other champions that are divers are with jugg traits are : Hecarim, J4 and Irelia.

I might make another Sub class split thread, like I did with Juggernauts.
