Heimerdinger Zyra Shaco Teemo + Tank of your choice/Yorick

Try defending against that. The item 3631 will whittle you down and you can't touch em. Attacking that? Good luck! Pffttt.

I added Ziggs cuz he can bomb tower, Heimerdinger can solo a Lane, Teemo top with Ziggs because Teemo need Ziggs to push waves quick, Caitlyn bottom + Zyra because They are just disgusting together.

Yeah but this will tilt them. It's very hard to defend your nexus while tilted.

Jhin and the Snares Sisters: Elise should be Ryze :3

:3 Elise is Long Range snares, if 1 of the sister hits a Snare, the enemie hit will 100% die. But yea Ryze is not bad too since his W range got increase, he could replace Jhin, Jhin is AD which split some damage into the team.
