Well, one of the dashes is only earned if you land the first one on somebody.

And the global ult makes a loud noise, grants no vision and takes a while for him to get there.

Last I checked, Kled doesn't have amazingly long-ranged waveclear and the ability to reveal all enemy champions.

Another thread on kled by the same guy? You just don't get it. Kled's initiate is average at best. Picking tf allows your team to go for picks and follow up on his stun. Not sure I see the pick potential in playing kled.
