Is this intended? Why does have 0 cast time on her ulti while does?

This has happened 3 times in a row, and it never ceases to frustrate me

I thought Annie's ultimate did have the standard 0.25 second cast time... huh? strange.

And i dodged quite some tibers, not 100% sure if because of cast time or because it's realy easy to tell when annie will ult.

Fizz can dodge pretty much anything with it. It needs a longer CD.

you have like 0.25? seconds to dodge lissandra ult. just the cast time annie's may have no cast time, but it's untargeted, so you can still dodge it and make her waste it. You have [Annie player's reaction time]+[Annie player's ping] time to dodge it. Average reaction time is slightly more than 0.25 seconds, and average ping is probably around 0.1 or higher. I know mine's about 0.11

As a general rule, never use Annie's ult to stun a solo Fizz unless pole is on cooldown. Make him pole with Q, and then ult or W when he lands. But make sure you time it right or he can dodge with Q. (Alternatively wait until after his Q)
