Is Kalista going to get some love in the preseason? Maybe a small rework or something? anything??

I know everyone hates Kalista and hate her even more when she is remotely viable but right now she isn't. she is completely dumpstered. I'd argue she is even worse than champs like Aatrox or Yorick right now. she is an ADC who is gutted in all the ways that make an ADC what they are. reduced attack speed, 10% reduced damage on autos, amongst various other bullshit like her E needing to be used two or more minions just to refund the mana which makes farming with her weird as hell.

at this point you can invest all the time in the world to become a top tier Kalista player and it's not even worth it. sure you can get somewhere with her, but why? she's completey garbage. and that is a sad thing to me. she was one of the most FUN to play adcs in awhile and is really unique. I understand with her current kit she is completely and utterly broken when viable, but I'm just asking is there anything going to be done in preseason to fix her or change her?

right now I feel like if I try to play her I handicapping myself from the start. she's hardly a lane bully anymore, and she doesn't scale well anymore either. shes not good at any phase of the game. she is good at kiting tanks, but in league of rylais she can't even really do that anymore as someone will eventually apply some form of a slow on her effectively crippling the one thing she does have good left in her kit.

so if anything is going to be done? when is a general timeline (preseason? next season sometime? no outlook at all?) and what are the possible ideas being thrown around to change her if there are any? nothing concrete necessary just possible ideas that might not even make it past being anything more than that. just curious as if anything is ever going to be done.
