She was opressive in lane and in mid/lategame and dealt too much damage in a short time frame while being good at sustain with high range/ stick potential. I mean jeeeeeeeze that sounds a lot like someone else we know top lane. Anyone care to figure out who it is? If you guess right I will give you a pixel cookie. Shouldn't be hard though.

What about her? Didnt item changes and masteries put her to aatrox level of viability. In past month i havent seen anything special from rivens. Also he said high sustain and long range stick potential. Rivens dashes are short range and as far as my experience goes, way to deal with Riven in lane was poke her as she had no sustain. My solution was always shen and his q spam. So he cant mean riven. He probably talks about Irelia as she has high damage, true damage, her q is similar to akalis ulti. Her w gives her sustain. And with her full burst she can deal decent damage in short time. But i doubt Irelia needs any more nerfs
