you see if you rearrange the letters from the name ivern you get riven,riot wanted to buff riven but by mistake buffed ivern.

riven has 5 letters so do bombs,the moab bomb was dropped on afghanistan this week,it killed 36 isis members,what is the 36th digit of pi? 4,what is one of riven's quotes "for those who are lost" for=4.riven's q lasts 4 seconds,what else lasts 4 seconds? virgin guys and what are vigin guys? weak. i rest my case. 2+2 is 4 Some windows have 4 panes Pain is caused by riven Riven and ivern have the same letters 4 isnt enough so buff ivern

Hes a support, and meddler plays support so those are never going to get nerfed.

Hence why Lulu pick/ban rate is also massively increasing with every day yet shes completely ignored, same with the broken support items (redemption/locket).
