Please fully reset ranked for next season

Even though riot said that they have been weeding out the boosted animals from the dynamic queue system, those animals are still in high elo because they cemented themselves in high elo when Dynamic queue and lp gains were completely broken, and they play the absolute minimum games to coinflip to stay at that elo, so being high elo has much less achievement than it did and high elo is about which team has the player that doesn't belong in that elo and not actual quality 5v5 games where you and your team duke it out. The only way to fix this is to have a full reset for season 10, or season 10 will continue to be a troll season full of garbage from dynamic queue era/early season lp abusers.
