So... what happened to J4 jungle? Winrate took a nosedive...
45.78% tells me something is too weak with him. His top-lane winrate is around 50%, but that doesn't mean he's picked much.
Meta junglers making his life hellish?

I'v been playing a lot of J4 jungle... That's prolly my bad..
He's snowball reliant, and he sucks at getting to that point.
It's because, well, he's kind of....bad.
He can't burst, he can't tank. He has basically no utility to offer his team. The best he can do in a fight is E Q a high priority target and even that's easy to knock him out of or just dodge by flashing. And then he's literally useless.
This is why cheese full AD jarvan became popular. Bruiser junglers that were unreliable fell out of flavor after early season five.
This is also why lee sin maintains a low winrate. He's very similar to jarvan in the fact that their early game burst is very strong thus allowing them to snowball ahead through cheese. But then because building full damage is risky, they tend to build bruiser, but because they have no defensive steroid or reliable lock down on high priority targets, they become worse and worse as the game goes on.
The other bruiser jungler that was prominent in early season five was Vi, who is a much better pick because she has reliability. But even Vi's struggling right now, with under a 50% winrate in plat+ simply because, again, these bruiser junglers tend to have one highly predictable combo that make ganks really powerful but fall off later on.
You're better off picking Sejuani, who, despite nerfs, can still bring something to the team.
