Jhin's W, how can no one see this?

I see people comparing Jhin to so many champions, especially his W to champs like Caitlyn or Xerath. How come no one is making the comparison that it is the most similar to Jinx W? I mean, it's really similar in terms of shape and usability, only a bit better.
