He is easily the most annoying champ in the game. Reset on ult, stupid obnoxious passive movespeed. R%%%%%ed low cooldown on dash, shield that scales like a damn janna +5.

Seriously, he is just cheesemode. One of the only melee assassins who gets soulstealer because "muh skillz"

I think his passive movespeed needs to be switched from every third hit to whenever shielded. Right now it is the sole reason he cannot be punished. He is literally an unpunishable assassin.

Meh I dont have a problem with him. There are definately more annoying champions like pyke.

Ekko is more like a skirmisher than an assassin. His burst is delayed, but he has more ways to keep himself alive and stay on target.

He's definitely annoying to fight but he's not as bad as champions like kai'sai and the to be overly buffed riven and fiora.
