draven's icons are ridiculously lazy

his ~~new~~ passive icon is just a cut and paste of his splash art's head and his new axe catching icon is his ultimate's icon

meanwhile darius' new passive is his face, yes, but its not a cut out from his splash art, its a new picture

so my question is, why is draven getting the short end of the stick?

The reason it's cut and paste from his splash art is because he's Draven
