Suggestions to update Ascension

Just a few things I think would make Ascension more fun, fair, etc.

  1. More trap detection options. Teemo and Shaco get permabanned for a reason.

  2. Cooldown reduction on Summoner Spells. Let us Flash more for big plays!

  3. 5 bans per team. So we can be sure Teemo and Shaco remain permabanned.

idk about the summoner spel reduction, I already hate exhaust being up all the time in ARAM it could be even worse in ascension
