is Nocturne getting a VGU? Also his skins seem simple.
Loving this champ. He's a nightmare for assassins and ADC's, especially Jhin who can't hide in the back anymore but his skins seem lackluster and he looks outdated; are there any plans for him?

riots lips are sealed, but we are hoping he gets new smokey body effects like from arleon sol or wolf from kindred. They have tech now to do great floating fire/smoke effects in their engine. And yeah, his skins are really simple... new effects would be nice too, just a good vgu would do noc good.
(we may see an update for him in the diver update, rumored to be the update after tanks this mid-season. hopefully some minor game health update to him and a good vgu)
