If your laner pings you NOT to engage (danger ping) and does so several times... consider... listening to them. Do not go in ganking someone a level ahead of you and expect your laner to help you out. Do not act like you have the right to flame them when you die 1v1 while your laner is clearing a giant minion wave under their tower.

There is a reason your laner pinged you not to engage. Maybe you can't fight that opponent right now because you don't have the damage or durability to fight them. Or maybe your laner's spells are on cd. Or maybe several enemies are lying in wait to gank/counter-gank and you will lose that fight. Regardless, your laner has a reason for pinging you to NOT gank RIGHT NOW. Just respect it and don't suicide. It doesn't take much to not run in and ruin a teammate's lane by making a stupid gank that cannot work when your laner is TELLING you to NOT gank. Use your brain. Listen to pings. Don't suicide. Your life and time is worth so much more than to merely be dedicated to feeding the other team kills and double buffs you worked so hard to get.[vlad-salute]

I have the opposite problem. My laners spam ping me for help and spam ping that they are going in, and when I arrive they sit and farm minions and let me die, THEN go in and then die. Pretty annoying.

Those are the people you never gank for a second time. If you can solo kill their lane opponent, you maybe gank. But you never gank FOR that laner again. And if they keep doing troll stuff like that, you report.

This is not absolute, I have gotten many kills after ignoring the pings of my teammates.

Use your judgment and champion knowledge. Sometimes your teammates are just bad, laners and junglers alike.

I was gonna gank bot one time as Lee and Vayne pinged to me to back off so I did. Then he died and blamed me for not helping him. Idiots like that are the reason I don't jungle much anymore. Also ping spamming a teammate to back away and then dying makes you a bigger idiot as mentioned above.

As does a jg forcing a gank when it:

  1. Will not work due to abilities cd's

  2. Will not work due to temporary level advantages

  3. Will cost laner missing cs and xp equal to or greater than the gold and xp value of the kill

  4. Would have a much higher probability of success AND not have a guaranteed summoner spell cost to both jungler and laner if they wait a whopping 10 sec or less (go do scuttle crab or something); my opponent's junglers are willing to wait a full minute in a bush just to get off a good gank... surely 10 sec when all your camps are farmed isn't too much to ask compared to making a terrible gank

  5. Will 100% guaranteed fail and get you both killed if the enemy shows up and counter-ganks

etc.

Don't ignore pings, dive in, and 1v1 suicide as jg. And if you DO... stop acting like it's your laner's fault.
