Champion IP Reduction Schedule - Viktor ?

I know I'm the 0.01% of the playerbase who cares about this champ and doesn't own it, but he's been on my purchase radar for a bit.

With Kalista he should have been reduced from 6300 to 4800. In the shop he is still listed at 6300.

Is this a bug or did riot stop doing the champ reduction schedule?
