I got soul bound against my will. Before I knew what was happening my champ stopped moving and I got that stupid soul bound mark thing.
I was under the impression that there would be a way to refuse this passive. I feel violated.

This just happened to me, as the jungler, and annoyed the crap out of me. I was also under the impression it was a choice.
Fortunately, it was only a bot match, so it wasn't any sort of disaster. Just a bother.
I believe the official Riot line is 'if you have a troll, you're gonna lose anyway, so having that troll be Kalista isn't going to change anything'.

Eventually Kalista players will know when and who they are bonding to, if they bond to the wrong champion. Its perm and they shit outta luck. This champion requires alot of concentration and coordination. Shes not sitting auto attacking end game like most the ADC. I love what they did with this champion. Bravo Riot.
In a recent game I was force soul bound by a Kalista... as LeBlanc. If I didn't play the way she wanted she would press R and screw up my combos. I don't find that funny.
I played a solo que game last night as leona, I don't know what you guys are complaining about, she can pick me up anytime. I control the throw, so it's my choice when to shoot. If you don't see an opening, don't force it, you come out of it 4 seconds later. I went like 1-2-20.
But man, if you hit that knock up...I was just melting the enemy team. Knock up into Solar flare with my a,e, and w still up? yes please.
All of you who keep saying why would I refuse it its great as "such and such champion" . That is completely irrevelent. At the end of the day , it doesn't matter if it works for some people. It should be voluntary. You shouldn't be forced into it, you should have a choice. Because for every time it does, there are going to be times it doesn't work. But to be honest the issue isn't even that it works or doesn't work. Its the fact that if the Kalliste wants they can choose you whether or not you want it.
