Can we adress the fact that jhin is in almost everygame and that his 4 shot mechanics is broken?

1800 each? Ha. Even with 0 armor and IE, that would require 720 AD. That's not mathematically possible for any other champion to get. And 560 AD for the lower bound is still out of reach for any champion that has enough bonus attack speed to hit 2.5 APS.

It's not that Jhin's damage is unfair, it's that he can take squishies from 100-0 or clean up a team fight with exactly zero risk.

And good god, since when do snipers run around like Usain Bolt? The range, cc, and damage would all be tolerable if you were rewarded for actually stick to him once you survived his obstacle course. By late game he's practically perma-ghosted.

In short, it's super frustrating to die to a champ you never see. And it's super frustrating to be kited into oblivion once he is on your screen.

If he 100'd someone off-screen, they are garbage and they deserve to die. Uh yeah, but the only way he gets said MS boost is either with a crit or a root meaning he has to auto you or hit you with the extremely narrow and delayed W. Just flank, jump on him and CC him.

He can't kite to oblivion though.

I have played jhin and despite my efforts could not keep a diver off me. They killed me a lot.

Jhin has MS buffs, that's it. No dashes or blinks like other chanps.

Concernimg his ult. A tank can bodyblock for you if yoi are in position. And if Jhin wants to snipe everyone at the atart of the fight then you know you out number his tean. Take em out.

I get your frustrations though, but to certain champions he is just a bag of gold running around in a mask. Not to mention he is a crappy duelist up close. Once he reloads he's pretty much toast.

Um, no. First of all, it's 31.81% PR. Second of all, it's out of all the champions in the game. It's not within just ADCs.
