Predator is probably the worst Keystone because A. it doesn't do shit until you buy boots and B when you do, all you have is basically an extra summoner that is Ghost+ a singular damage effect that isn't even on the scale of Electrocute, despite Predator having like four times the cooldown.
Boots of swiftness are just garbage. Nobody ever buys them and their stats are shit. plz buff them.

Which is great but early it's 3 minutes and it goes on cooldown if you get attacked when channeling it. Meanwhile Electrocute is on 50 second cooldown early plus deals more damage with better ratios. It makes no sense, there's nothing to understand. Electrocute starts on a 50 second cooldown and ramps up to 25 seconds at max level, with better ratios and better flat damage. Max level Predator cooldown is 100 seconds.

I think you mean boots of mobility, not boots of swiftness. Nobody buys boots of swiftness. also, no, junglers mostly don't use Predator because it's terrible. You don't start with boots, so you don't start with predator, so your early game ganks are actually worse than with literally any other keystone.
CLG Mercenary2 votesIf you use it correctly its a great keystone. Use it on junglers that have a hard time getting to lane for ganks. Champions like Volibear, Nocturne, Nautilus, Warwick (pre-6) suddenly become more viable because their only problem was getting to people to gank them. Yeah electrocute is great if you already have an amazing gap close like J4, Kha, and Vi, but for champions that fell off cause they had no gap closers this helps, especially pre6.
