FEED BUSTER. Should someone have to wonder if you are feeding or trolling?

I just realized that with automated systems being what they are. As with the leave buster people with the tendency to feed should be weeded out. I have been told that I claim people are trolls too much. That is probably true cause I find it unfathomable that people die so much even in winning games. I have been a part of games with kills and deaths over 60. Carries proud to have kda of 17/12/02. I am of the mindset that a team should have no more 25 deaths of the course of a standard game. That seems pretty reasonable and I have written other post to this idea as mercy rules so trolls couldn't lock you in game.

Regardless whether you are trolling or just SHIT terrible on a consistent basis, should you be allowed to play ranked? Should anyone look at a player and have to decide if he is even trying to stay alive? The feed buster should just say: You have a tendency to feed, lay off this game for a little while. While we are at, let's put a hold on your Ranked authorization." This games takes so much time I am impressed that people are not more toxic over trolls. Truly impressed. I wonder how tiny the player base could get before Riot took a hard look at the toxicity impact trolls had on their community. They don't seem to drive a lot of people off. I guess?
