I know everyone complains and moans anytime we get even close to having tanks that don't have to fight tooth and nail just to do their jobs. Tanks are aweful right (particularly top lane tanks), if you think differently its because all you think of is Zac, Maokai, and Cho. Like usual tanks are either over tuned or barely able to do their jobs. Have you tried playing any other tanks: Poppy, Sion, Shen, Naut, Voli, even somewhat Galio? You don't get to feel like a tank until you're 4 items in. While lethality abusers, and bruisers power-spike with a single item or a single kill. Tanks have no power-spikes anymore. If I can survive with even or better cs with my Sion or Shen till level 10 without the opposing Riven, Quinn, Yas, or Jayce getting a kill, I feel that I should be rewarded for that. Tanks have all the demands to stomp early game in order to get to their builds without any of the tools to do it. You can't go even as a tank anymore and do your job, but you also will never get ahead. By lowering the health stats on items and will all the ridiculous amount of true damage, lethality, and percent max health abilities in the game. You forfeit all your early game potential and get nothing in return because you'll never make it to four items to actually fill your role.

I love playing Tanks, I like eating damage and being the front line wall for my carries to DPS behind. It is the only playstyle I have actually found to love in League. But I can't help, but think that Riot screams at people to play the Yasuos, Rivens, Zeds, Talons, Syndras it makes me wonder why even play the game anymore if they obviously don't want me playing the way I like to. And I know people will just say well they just aren't meta because of champs like Twitch and Trist being strong right now to shred them, and lethality/bruiser tops to bully them out. Tanks seem to have so much counter play to keep them from just filling their role, while other classes simply have the ideology to have counter-play to limit their effectiveness in their role. I wish someone would actually just hear me out on this, instead of the usual LoL mentality of "Get Gud," or "Tanks are busted because they got killed by a tank one time." Just try playing them, and sweating in every champ select about how bad of a match-up your are going to be in this time, because you will never get a good one.
