Why does Mikhails Not grant Assists?
The item should function like a heal, if that is your only contribution to a kill, there is no reason for an assist not to be given.

It doesn't do that already? WTF
If shields from Locket/FotM give assists,the heal on Mikeals should do the same.
I feel like if Riot see's this they'll fix it soon. should be an easy thing to add
If I had to guess, it's because they don't want people spamming it for assists when it isn't necessary (see the uberdanger soraka playstyle)
That is reasonable, since Sivir's ulti also grants assists.
Who would it give an assist to? I only see the large minions in bot lane building it.
