The youmuus active got gutted and the out of combat move speed is terrible for ADC's, we need some kind of compensation for Lucian/Draven because I feel their builds got wrecked for no reason. Either let ADC players actually build something other than crit or make crit an actual good stat for people other than Caitlyn and jinx
Dont forget about 
who unlike the rest, cant heal efficiently with warlords due to his 4 shot feature at early levels like a caitlyn or jinx can. Nor escape like a draven, ez or lucian can with some form of movement/displacement ability (he only gains movement from critting or using his W combo, and unless he is at 100% crit or in a team fight, neither are something very reliable to count on since your 4th shot crits but then for the movement speed buff, you cant auto because of the reload). And fervor is difficult to maintain, because once again, of his 4 shot feature.
