No matter how well you do as Kindred, your armor is no more protective than toilet paper. I had a 19/7 Kindred vs a 1/15 Xin and I still had to ult to be safe. Don't get me wrong, she's strong offensively, but she needs some armor or something fast. I was even 9K ahead in gold of a LB and she could still pretty much take 80% of my health easy.

ADCs are fragile sustained damage dealers. ADC beats tank. Tanks are durable, protective fighters. Tank beats assassin. Assassins are mobile and deal burst damage to a single target. Assassin beats ADC.
Xin and Leblanc were able to burst down Kindred because that is how the game is meant to be played.
