Winrate and ranking up?

I've decided that I'm going to grind to gold (Love the rewards pretty much every year, but never enough time/skill) but not sure if I can make it. I'm S2 right now, but can't seem to make any actual progress in getting out of silver. Does anyone know what winrate I'll need to make it by the end of the season? Right now it's hovering between 55~60, but I seem to be stuck in silver. Also, any general tips would be greatly appreciated :D (I main support, so right now my strategy is literally to wait for my duo to come online and carry the entire game, but obviously, that's not going to be a very viable one as I rank up)

Edit: I just realized probably 20% of my losses were from me doing dumb shit due to impatience/stale gameplay consisting of poking and watching adc farm
