teemo rework when?

ive played this champion a lot and its one of those cases where i would actually welcome some major changes. why rework every assassin on the roster?

teemo has a couple really good matchups but its against champions that are stuck with a 2011 kit. anyone that can dash or poke back with abilities will win the war of attrition. he is a poke champion with the lowest poke range in the game, sucks at trading because 95% of the roster is ability based, and has no burst damage for those intense low hp fights. if you build on hit you are 3x worse than a kaisa or kogmaw doing it because they actually shred everyone in .8 seconds where you will just get bursted down for trying to get within 500 range of even a tank. he is one of the simplest champions to play but at the same time you have to rely on your enemies to fuck up bad, not you yourself doing something good.

Teemo used to be able to carry games, but I'd say he is no longer able to. item 1054 item 3155 item 3194 With say a nullifying orb really reduce the amount of damage can do early, which his early game poke would be part of why you'd play him. He's gated by item 3151 with shroom damage and sure it looks like you do most damage in the game, but reality hits you their pyke just regens your shroom damage, and a lot of champs just shield to reduce the damage taken.

He's a champ that says I'm better than you thats why I'm teemo, but him procing bruisers conqueror's with poison, level 1 e healing people with item 1054 Early game Aftershock on say Darius It's really a challenge to be able to win the lane And he has the worst time farming. like Kennen building item 1055 Most players even if their denying cs to the opponent their going to suck at farming. It really stops leads the higher you go if you can't improve.

I don't think he needs a rework. A better laning phase would do him justice, and a new w.

I'd say teemo is honestly fine and the W itself is fine i do think though that maybe give him an AS boost when he w's as well? that could be a solution for you i mean i play him constantly and i usually do well over 70K per game and i find it very easy to solo carry you can even solo defend if you set up shrooms correctly the play style of him has changed though the more troll idea of him has because the viable strat just picking 1 area to fuck over for a while like for example if elder is coming up and your on blue side jsut go to red side red behind dragon pit and shroom the shit out of the entire jungle and there is nothing they can do if they don't give up near to all vision.
