This piece of shit overloaded kit champion has decent base movespeed at 350 on top of his 2 dashes and everything else he has. But a champion that is a low range mage with no cc has only 340 movespeed? how is this fair

First cast: Lee Sin becomes invisible. When he kicks an enemy, he can cast "bird rage". Bird Rage: Lee Sin becomes invulnerable for 3 seconds.
This should roughly compensate for the move speed nerf.

redniwediS9 votesIt's actually the other way around. Some of the older champions are impossible to balance. Their kits put them in a position where they are either weak or greatly overpowered. These champions are left in a weak state and put on the rework list. They are unpopular because they need a rework.
I remember back when Mordekaiser was not weak, and I really don't want those days to come back until he gets some much needed love from the rework team.
ibeturgood12 votesi hope it would not be the "love" they gave cassieupia. and i remember before mordekaiser got his shield nerf, he still had the same weaknesses then as now, ganks being the number one thing. his shield does not need buffed nor his ulti but if something could be done with his other skills or stats i would not feel like i will be an asset to my team if the jungler camps my lane (which pretty much always happens)

If we do that, someday the powercreep will be so much that we'll be ignoring 90% of the champions, waiting for their rework.
I demand, less new champs on this Season and more Remakes, Balancing, and Changes to our old m8.

Mordekaiser in particular is about 4 years old.
If Riot can't balance his numbers within 4 years, it's time to say that maybe trying to fix him with number changes isn't going to work.
As far as your "demand" goes, it's been happening for a while. Champion release has slowed down, and there have been way more reworks and VUs coming out.

Even a simple mini-stun if he Q a solo champ, just to catch up, most of the times he can't secure a kill just because champions outrun him.
It's either Full Glass Cannon, or Sucking for mord.

Just play a stun champ.
Brenticus124 votesExcept a majority of them can be dodged and others require special circumstances such as Vayne ad Jinx (And I think Lee can just Q or W across Jinx' chompers). Pantheon is the only one in your list with a targetted stun but he gets heavily outscaled and made useless later into the game by Lee.

WiegrafOfValor1 votesFor this very reason he became obvious, and the worst thing you want is to have a obvious strategy. You may fool the enemy team once or twice, but I bet the third time the ADC will have a GA or Banshee or maybe both.
Actually they didn't need to build items to counter mord, just make sure the adc is safe and focus mord first, cause, he'll be probably a glass cannon without escape or CC, free kill.

And although it may sound strange, even if the enemy team learns, so can Morde. Your adc got GA? Great, I'll just kill your APC. More AP for me. Or maybe I'll just pop your GA then ult you. Options.
Incidentally, do you know the two main reasons why spell vamp is kept so weak? One is Vlad. No point for guessing the other one.

Morde is verystong in close combat, but not the strongest, and most off all he has no way to force enemys into close combat. The way he wins lane is more by constant harras and waveclear+his passive to reduce enemy harras

not a starburst2 votesNo. Jax crushes him. Jax crushes anyone who doesn't have an escape or CC in a duel. There are others who can outduel him pretty easily. Some just lock him down for too long for him to do anything, others just burst him too hard.
