Questionable Interaction

Is Fizz Q supposed to override Azir R? Because I played a match earlier and we used both abilities at almost the same time, and he went through it.

(Then Instagibbed me because dark harvest)

Is this intentional? I didn't realize fizz Q was unstoppable if so.

And if so, that's some fun and interactive gameplay.
