@Riot: What is your current stance on a "Dispel" effect?

Anybody would tell you that being able to remove buffs and debuffs in a MOBA can be devastating. used to be able to purge all debuffs, but got reworked to only work on CC's. That was about a year ago, IIRC.

That said, I think a Dispel effect on an item that only works on basic abilities (and NOT against ultimates like Zed's Death Mark), and that can't be used on self, would be a neat support effect. And before you say , that's only a CC purge.

But what's your stance on Dispels? Still broken and unbalanceable?
