Why cant Rengars ult work like evelynns passive

(Note: idgaf about if you think Rengar is OP or not. I dont have much of an issue with him besides the fact that i suck at him. If you wanna debate if hes a cancerous POS shit champ or if hes the most healthy assassin in the game do it on another thread)

I personally think that it would better if 's ult was changed so that his stealth worked more like 's. It would give people more of a chance to cc him and get their carries away from danger. Maybe via bonetooth necklace with enough stacks he could get his original stealth back. idk just a random idea i thought of while bored

Wouldn't the leap range pretty much make this change useless?

And if it didn't you would be taking out the leap of his ult. Which is the only way he gets ganks off.

As in he gets seen when he gets close?

Rengar's stealth warning range is 1250. Evelynn's stealth reveal range is 700. Rengar's leap range is 600.

By the time you see Rengar, you would have literally 0.2 seconds to react, and with 6 Bonetooth stacks, Rengar's leap would outrange the reveal range lol.

Rengar can leap when he's in ultimate, doesn't matter if he's revealed. If this were not the case, people would just place a pink ward as soon as Rengar appears so he can't leap.

Pretty much all this would do is make it so pink wards and scanners would now not have to be bought. Well making rengars teamfight should I say useless?
