thanks man, hehe first name that came to mind. what i tried to do is make it so the stacking aspect of the item was more integral. you actually have to stack it. This makes it so balancing around this is more doable. where as right now a lot of champions can abuse the stacking and practically always keep it up to 8 stacks. which is why they have to keep it a mediocre item.

I gave it fewer stacks overall however. The numbers are subject to change but that's the gist of it.

Spell stacks could perhaps also work the same way stacking tear does. perhaps up to 2 stacks every 8 second. and one every 1.75 second.
