only if really fed though...she only gets so many stacks from the jg and she has to take the risk of invading for some of the stacks

Invading isn't much of a risk when she can 3-shot people at level 3.

She is extremely strong early, which allows her to snowball. She scales very hard even when building tanky. She can burst, DPS, is highly mobile, and if she uses her ult right she is a great teamfighter. She definitely needs nerfs.
