Changes a while ago didn't help, and she is over all under preforming since then. Any thing on the pbe?

No reason to buff her. Since she's beginning to see some use in League pro play (mostly in Korea) again, I think people are beginning to recognize her as a fairly decent champion. She's perfectly fine... it's all about how you use her kit that can make her either extremely strong or severely lacking...All you need is the time and effort to learn her. And as for her late game, it's supposed to be bad since you're meant to snowball the early game in her favor with roaming, base damages, etc.
