Thank you for Reworking Vladimir Riot....

I was playing vladimir until season6 at ranked, he is the reason why I started the league and he was the champion who let me reach diamond and stayed there. Now, thank you giving him nearly %100 ban rate in every game. Can't play my champion now besides blind pick.

Im actually not crying it, it happens a lot, i am not the only one about it but here is my point,

riot: Guys what do you think about vladimir? Noobs: Omg rito he is too op cant kill him too much sustain too easy to play riot pls nerf riot: but we nerfed him too much already, allright guys lets rework him i promise you he will be okay and balanced now.

FAILED. since riot have an amazing balance team really good one, vladimir is broken now. He was okay before but now, he is broken. Whats the point of making a decent champ broken while you actually wanted to make him balanced?

if old vlad was okay, new one is broken. What makes him broken, is new Q and E and healing from ult. He has different mechanics now and he doesn't need too much ap to deal damage. Which makes him strong even broken. Lets say, we are in late game. Old vlad is 5-10 with 150 cs and he is behind. Back then that vlad was walking bloody thing, nothing he could do. New vlad doesn't need that much money to become strong. All he needs is few core items and same lvl with enemy team. This what makes him broken. This is why people play him at lcs as mid laner or top laner.

As a MonkeyKing main and someone who used to play Vlad I never had a problem with him. People just suck at playing against him.

"OMG THE SUSTAIN IS INSANE QQ" when really his early sustain is pretty shit and negated by the health costs of his abilities. People just let him sustain back up for free without punishing him then cry about how broken he is lol

Yeah ofcourse. But its not even my point. He was really bad against agressive players, even agressive playing style soraka could beat her but now? he is broken lets all deal with it , why? Because rito thought he was toxic and op so they tried to make him balanced when making him actually broken. This is just insane.

What's your point? Pick/ban rate isn't the end-all-be-all of stats. Lee Sin high pick rate, shit win rate. Lucian high pick rate, shit win rate. Thresh high pick rate, shit win rate. Vlad high pick rate, shit win rate. Vlad really isn't a lane bully in most match ups. People just don't know how to play against him. Early Vlad is weak and has little sustain so you just punish him super hard. He is always going to auto push the wave if he ever uses his E. Freeze against him and don't let him sustain up for free. If he walks up and Q's a minion, punish him for it. He can't sustain through constant trades. His pool costs 20% of his current HP essentially as true damage so even forcing him to use it causes quite a bit of damage. The main problem people have when playing against Vlad is they don't play aggressive enough and let him get away with poking and sustaining for free. Vlad really isn't a problem. People not knowing how to play against him is the problem.

Oh, and a lot of his late game strength can be taketh away with an 800g Executioner's so there's that too

im talking about the lcs. dude wtf are you talking about. Seriously. I'm not crying about that he is OP. Im talking about the rework. Ohh gosh dont teach the champ that I climbed diamond 1-2 with it in few accounts maybe played over 2k games. Here is my point, riot only reworked him because they think he is toxic and op. Now he is even stronger. Its not about "omg if he comes to use Q just punish him". What you talk is decent shit in low and mid elo games. Vlad has one of the highest ban rate at high elo and %100 ban-pick rate at lcs because he is too safe to play. And now, with his new set he isnt item depended anymore. Even if he fails, even if he cant get nice farm, he can still do some shit. 6-10 vlad still deals the highest damage in the team. He wasn't like that before. This is what im talking about. Please...

and also , ohh yeah watch some lcs. This 2500+ elo players are noob yeah? You know how to play against him but they suck at stopping vlad? Maybe you should teach them.

P.S. LCS =/= SoloQ. That excuse has been BS for years. Just because a champion is good in extremely coordinated teams of the best players in the world does not make them great for SoloQ

then tell soloq players that they shouldn't ban vlad. When I ask them why you ban him just because they ban him at lcs? they say " no, he is broken and nobody wants to handle wim."

ps: I 'm still behind of my words. The whole idea of reworking him, was making him balanced and not toxic anymore, but they made him stronger. This is why he has been picking on LCS mostly. High elo players think vlad is free win. And he had %54 win rate last week on top lane at diamond elo. He wasn't like that pre rework. It was easier to handle him.

because now, enemy has a chance to dodge Q its kinda counterplay against him which is cool but, if he uses the Q on them somehow it heals 2x or 3x than before and it heals %missing of. His E deals 1k dmg with 300 ap. Now tell me, old E was dealing 600 dmg with 500 ap. Tell me now. His Ult is 125251x stronger now. The only thing they nerfed lets say by rework, was giving a counterplay chance to his Q and minion block by e.
