I thought people said Junglers had too much impact and needed nerfs

So riot decides to make early ganking not as good since you get less xp, AND PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT TOO. Nobody makes any sense and people cry about every single change riot makes. Just give it a chance maybe? I know a lot of people (who are jungle mains) who are HAPPY about the changes. But on boards is all people crying even when riot tries to fix what people complain about.

TLDR: Boards will never be satisified unless riot makes ADCS do 0 damage and supports are walking wards again right?

No, top laners complained about the level 3 gank. Instead of just fixing that, Riot decides to make a bunch of bullshit changes that force off meta junglers out of the jungle

The problem wasn't junglers having too much impact. It was a FEW junglers having too much impact. So this is supposed to help, but instead it is going to nerf all the other junglers, BUT THE ONES THAT NEED IT. This will only benefit the early gankers/duelists already.

Yeah, boards will never be satisfied by any change. In some ways that's good, in some ways that's bad.

Nobody cares about a post full of good intentions, sadly. It’s the same in virtually every other gaming forum, where “X” does more damage than “Y” while “Y” has more utility than “X” but “X” will complain about “Y” being able to survive “X” damage output and must be nerfed.

The idea that “X” may not be in a favorable matchup against “Y”, or “X” is not managing their kit against “Y” optimally is not even within the realm of possibility in the world of “X”

In short, its always somebody else’s fault that they aren’t as good as they think they are.

This part isn't exactly the same as

So riot decides to make early ganking not as good since you get less xp, AND PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT TOO

Boards do complain about ADCs (and recently supports) far too often, the irony is that most of the people that complain about ADCs never play the role and the anti-support crowd are mostly people that will bitch when they get auto-filled to support. But I digress...

The main issue I have with the jungle changes is not that they are slightly lowering early game impact (and even that is a little debatable), it's the fact that the roster of viable junglers is actually pretty small these days. These changes might include a couple of AP junglers that have been left out recently, such as Diana, but overall the strong junglers remain strong, the weaker junglers (such as tanks) are left out. Plus, with scuttle crab offering more EXP, you can count on the side where the scuttler is to get ganked (probably early game just like now)... especially if it's top lane as it's much easier to gank 2v1 than 3v2.

I don't understand why they couldn't just do the obvious of buffing the jungle respawn rates slightly, nerfing experience slightly and leaving everything else as is... but as is typically the case with Riot, they add needless complexity to everything.

Just add a plant in the middle of lane that spawns every 3 min. Whoever whacks it a ward pops out part ways down their river. "make them fight for it" lol. Soon we'll have objectives on enemy spawn. Whoever global ults and whacks it builds a wall around enemy spawn that reduces junglers movement speed by 90% for 3 min.

The reality though, is as a jungler I had few options, this makes the problem we already had worse. All but god tier junglers are already weak, this will make it more so.

And if you haven't noticed, there are a ton of people who are just happy that jungle is getting nerfed. The boards aren't one hive mind.
