I'm sorry, while I understand that that high of a ban rate means he is considered stressful to play against (while still a large part of it comes from Yasuo stigma rather than actual gameplay issues), how does a sub 50% win rate translate into "it needs to be nerfed"?

I believe he'll banned a lot during World. We've seen already what it can do against the best team. It's such a bad move either way. May be they plan a compensation elsewhere? Makes no sense to buff him like this.
