Teemo is kind of in the same problem that Karthus has: his ult is so strong when built-up everything else suffers for it, and you can't buff the weak points without kneecapping the ultimate in trade.
Good, maybe people will stop picking him on my teams, especially blind.
Fuck Teemo. Leave his ass in the dumpster. I hate having nearly every champ I like being countered by that little shit.
