Devourer should steal MR like Wit's end, or it should do true damage.
I feel like the biggest problem with Devourer is that most of your stacks are negated by magic resist.

LilxPaprika1 votesyou'd have to remove its infinite stacking if you did that. and put a cap at like 40 stacks on the bright side you could lifesteal off the true damage.
