losing games I should win

so not too long ago I created a second account just to get the tilt off when i play ranked. In my mind this account was supposed to let me play the game without having to deal with too much toxicity

Boy was I wrong.

The level 1-30 grind is one of the most excruciating, time consuming grind I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. now granted new players need a way too ease them into the game. But let's be honest here. There are no new players anymore. everyone is a smurf. so why not give us the tools we need to grind the games effectively?? (ie teams with a jungler vs teams with none)

but i digress. I finally made it to level 30 with the required ammount of champions to play ranked. so I thought "f*ck it, let's see where i land" And here is where I tilt off the face of the earth. Why in god's name do I keep losing games I should be winning? No, really, here are the kda/cs score i had in all of my 10 games

1- Vlad 17-4-3 203 cs (31 min game) Loss 2- Vlad 4-5-5 120 cs (16 min game) Win (???????) 3- Leblanc 16-4-2 133 cs (18 min game) Loss 4- Leblanc 10-2-6 148 cs (19 min game) Win 5- Kayn 28-7-10 129 cs (39 min game) Win 6- Diana 15-9-9 211 cs (94 min game) Loss 7- Tryndamere 15-6-6 190 cs (29 min game) Loss 8- Kayn 4-2-9 250 cs (28 min game) Loss 9- Twitch 18-8-3 209 cs (24 min game) Loss 10- Kayn 9-4-8 169 cs ( 29 min game) Loss (This one I stole baron twice, I stole mountain and infernal drake and i made a 5 man w that put us back in the game)

Unlucky game. I get that, but still, how am i supposed to get the rank I belong to with consistenly good play? Look. I understand that RNGesus isn't always helpful. But I am starting to feel like it's just a symptom of a much larger issue with the game. you can't solo carry anymore. my games are proof of that. just help me figure this out please. or maybe tell me what i am doing wrong.

I get put on team where I HAVE to watch the map and ping for them or they won't (for example I am the one pinging help for the morgana on the other side of the map who is getting collapsed on. otherwise no one sees it. I can't TP play anymore since riot had the sick idea of making tp non cancellable (which is interesting but it gets REALLY awkward in low elo where people will just run away even if the play is good and leave you to die THEN spam ping enemy missing on you)
