top laners going mid

these champs are now going mid. it's a viable strat, I am cool with it. But since preseason I miss playing against midlaners. it's kinda busted how much tanky/sustain bruisers can easily survive laning phase against assassins and mages (up to a point, I agree on that). The problem isn't that they are unbeatable, after lvl 6 I can beat most of them in a 1v1 if i make a perfect play (or for champs like illaoi i can chunk 50% hp after a full Leblanc combo). The problem is how much they prevent roaming. it's like I can't help my team at all, they push the lane so easily I find myself farming under tower most of the time, and of course that's a lose-lose since they get rewarded for their inherent ability to keep me in lane with turret plating gold. Anyway that's my rant. no constructive criticism or suggestions :)
