question to rioters about the client

Do you guys regularly update the client?, I don't see it in the patch notes so I'm not sure if you are on the mindset that it's actually a stable client. I mean I am still getting the grayed out "lock in" button in champ select, still stuck in queue until I leave the client altogether, still can't access my ranked tab, the loot tab still doesn't work until I leave the tab and come back, my new stuff are still not appearing in my collection until I leave the client and come back, updates still don't end until I get stuck for 12 minutes in an update loop, and while i am typing this (I swear on my life this is true) the client just crashed right before my game started loading. I didn't mean for this to get rant-y, but I really want to know if there are updates happening behind the scenes
