I just played a game as Xerath on TT and scored an S (not S-) and did not receive a mastery 7 token. Are you only able to receive mastery 7 tokens on Summoners Rift? I got a key fragment though which I haven't seen in years.
You can only earn Mastery tokens in Normal/Ranked SR, sorry.
I think they used to allow you to do this, but the queues were so small at times, some people could go in solo and wind up on opposing teams in the same game before proceeding to feed.
No. Tokens for 6/7 are only on Summoner's Rift.
