What if we made Zac's impact landing zone smaller?

They've already added the shadow, I feel like making the zone smaller would make him almost nonviable at higher ELOs with peoples' reaction time. At least in plat, if you are constantly moving in lane it's very difficult to land a Zac E if the person is paying attention. Often times you need to work together with the laner's CC in a chain because the shadow has made it relatively easy to dodge (more-so if the enemy has a dash or movement ability).
