he had got retardedly fed early. fizz was nerfed pretty hard. his q ap raitio is garpage and its base dmg is garbage his w is a low dmg dot. his e is his troll poll which was untouched. if fizz is 100-0'ing you did something insanely bad. ive been seeing alot of ppl play ad fizz and having good results tho
well, he does do less damage than he did before without ult amplifying damage
It's almost like his kit is bananas and he'll be insane no matter what until they nerf him into the ground or something. I mean he's only got a kit that a CertainlyT champ would envy.
