ryze vs jinx ( or any adc for that matter )
why does ryze with a forzen heart and tear do more damage (burst and sustained ) then a jinx with Infinity edge and zeal while attacking a target with 100 armor and 100 mr ?

Ryze has just Frozen Heart? 500 Mana. Q deals 4.5% of Mana, W deals 6.5% of Mana, and E deals 1% per bounce, so the minimum rotation damage bonus is +60, on top of his (at maximum rank) 130+200+160 base damages. If all three bounces of E hit, it's instead 70+390+200+160. 550-820 damage dealt, W and E are on cooldown for a while longer. He can probably throw one more Q out, totaling 733-1003 damage dealt over about 2 seconds. If his target has 100 MR, then Ryze deals 366-501 damage.
Jinx, at level 18, has 104 AD (deals 114.4 with rockets), 0.731 AS (1.544 with gatling), and then IE+Zeal adds +80 AD, +20% AS and +10% Crit, putting her at 184 (202.4 rocket damage), 0.856 AS (1.669 with gatling). Over 3 seconds, she would get 3 attacks with her rockets or 5 attacks with her gatling (or 4 with gatling and 1 with rockets if you swap). Rockets damage over 3 seconds = 607 (810 if one crits), Gatling damage over 3 seconds = 920 (1104 if one crits). If she deals 4 gatling and 1 rocket, 938 with no crits, 1122 if a gatling shot crits, and 1141 if the rocket shot crits. If the target has 100 Armor, then Jinx deals 304 (405) to 460 (552) damage, or 469/561/571 in the last scenario.
It looks to me like they have about the same DPS, actually. Of course, it's important to note that I did not calculate for Ryze's Spell Flux reducing the target's MR, which would give him a damage advantage. But in any case, the difference between these two is that Ryze is constantly casting spells, while Jinx is just dealing basic attacks. If you toss in 1 W from Jinx, suddenly she deals more damage. If you notice that Ryze ends up being forced to wait about 2-3 seconds after his previous rotation to throw another spell while Jinx has free run to tear shit up, suddenly her DPS outpaces his.
You're supposed to capitalize proper nouns.
Also, Jinx outscales him.
adcs basically all outscale ryze lol, coming from a diamond main ryze. do you need a hug?

im not sure why you think a ryze flashing into range vs a full build jinx will be able to one shot her lol
ryze has higher base damage , test both champions' damage at level 18 without items , when both of them get few more items she will outscale his damage.
im diamond 3, and granted, not even close to diamond 1, and there is no way i could 1 shot a jinx who has mr lol. not sure what ssdd means
Damage isn't the only consideration in a champ.
for example, Jinx destroies towers.
