Think he's permabanned in higher elo's.
Because there is a shadow indicator and it isn't that large of an area. You need to ward and be aware instead of being surrounded by fog of war and then complaining.

Now that his slingshot has been nerfed so hard, he will be an ARAM only pick (when u have no rerolls ;p). He was a top 10 jg, but not the level of rek'sai, lee sin, elise, skarner, or nidale. He was about Graves and Gragas level.
